挺不錯的，雖然早餐不太好吃。但房間很大很乾凈，掛牌需要清掃也都及時做了。備註的要求都滿足了，離城區也很近。

酒店床上有蟲子，terrible! 有個女管理員很噁心，城市稅一定要求付現金！是想私吞麼！ 不會再來了

最大問題是房間隔音差，樓道里聲音一清二楚，睡眠質量不佳的謹慎選擇！優點是位置便利，基本步行可達，房東人很nice，即使不能提前入住，都可以免費寄存行李！

The shower in the room was broken, the doors did not close and the shower head did not work, otherwise it was fine, the breakfast was good

There is strong disgusting odour in the bathroom, staff pulled some chemical liquid in the sewer that change to other smells. Second day the owner said to fix the problem, then the odour came back again at night, the hotel owner knows the problem, and let room for customers still, that is why there is an uncontrollable bathroom fan permanently run . This is unfair that collects customers money and let them suffering .

We booked a double bed room, but the room is extremely small for a queen size bed. Only one side of the bed you can get on the bed. I had to wake up my wife to get off the bed to wash room during the night. Definitely not recommend for a couple to stay. 房間太小，一張Queen尺寸的床有一邊靠著牆，睡在裡邊的人晚上要上廁所得叫醒旁邊的人。實在不方便，房間太小了。

valida opzione per soggiornare a firenze punti negativi sono il check-in, non è possibile fare il check in dopo una certa ora. politica comprensibile, se non fosse per il fatto che alla reception c'è qualcuno 24h. sempre dopo una certa ora il portone viene chiuso e per rientrare bisogna suonare. le chiavi bisogna lasciarle in reception ogni volta che si lascia l'hotel. dato che sono fisiche, è accettabile. se siete persone discrete e volete privacy non è il massimo, si ha questa vaga impressione di essere controllati. come detto è una valida opzione ma potrebbe essere meglio. con delle schede elettroniche o codici temporanei che possano permettere di aprire il portone. come già altri hotel a Firenze fanno. in questo modo il cliente avrebbe un esperienza migliore, con una sensazione di essere a "casa" più evidente, il lavoro del portiere notturno sarebbe più alleggerito e meno frustrante dato che i clienti suonerebbero solo in caso di smarrimento del codice o scheda elettronica.

チェックイン時は特に気づかなかったのですが、あとで予約內容を見返してみると、実際に泊まった部屋が予約していたタイプと違っていたようでした。 滯在中はなんで狹いのかなぁーと感じて本當は4人部屋じゃなかったのかなぁーと思いつつ疲れた為そのままにしてしまいました。 次回はチェックイン時に念のため予約內容を確認しようと思います。
